History of successes and failures
Previous projects
In this section, I invite you to explore the previous projects I have worked tirelessly on to rehabilitate contaminated bodies of water. My concern for water issues is a fundamental part of who I am. These issues have always worried and occupied me, prompting me to dedicate my time and effort to finding solutions to preserve this vital resource. Through this gallery of projects, I hope to share my commitment to water protection and motivate others to join this important mission.
Biomimicry for Biowater
Sustainable water management model: innovative solutions inspired by nature to address freshwater scarcity and improve access and basic sanitation. Our project aimed to promote responsible and efficient practices in the use of water, through the implementation of technologies based on biomimetics. Proposal for the installation and development of water collection and filtration systems from natural sources, followed by a filtration process by sedimentation, UV and reverse osmosis, to obtain drinking water.

The conception and design of this device have been contemplated for its application in both urban and rural environments, taking advantage of its reduced platform for complementary purposes under the collectors. If not necessary, the structure can be easily dismantled and stored for later use.

It is an economical and highly effective method to purify water. The process involves circulating water through a membrane under pressure in a cross flow, which removes up to 99% of impurities.

Hydrobuddy
Prototype of rainwater collection with sedimentation filtration, activated carbon, hydroponic vegetable cultivation
The Hydrobuddy project, a prototype designed to address global challenges related to access to drinking water, was presented and certified as part of the University of Pennsylvania's "AFS Global You Changemaker" program.
